Congratulations to all winners of the Divisions from the whole Startup League team 🎉🎉🎉

It was a hell of a season with a delayed Matchday, varying weather conditions and a huge development of the PGB hang around space!

I hope you liked the performances on the microphone…I would say everybody was singing (screaming…maybe eating the microphone) deep out of their hearts 🎤🫶🏼

Even our Startup League family was growing with lovely new fellas, but we have to say goodbye to one of the OG’s…you know who I am talking about…it’s not a goodbye it’s a see u soon Faris , we wish you all the best ❤️

NEW DIVISIONS & STRUCTURE ⚽

WHAAAAAAT WHAT ARE YOU DOING? 😱

So what are the changes?

> A division is now 8 teams - so click on the picture on top and check out your new division

> 7 Matchdays - Just one game against each other in the group stage

> Knockout Stage explained in the picture below - Team 1-7 do have the chance to get threw the finals - Team 1 has a bye and Team 8 is out

> But for sure as always when you’re out , you will have a friendly

Another big change

> Division 1 is now playing all the time in the cages

> That means you can play with the boundaries and the ball is just out if it touches the surrounding nets

I am sure you now will have questions…I will get in contact with your captains and inform everybody about the changes and sort out everything which is unclear 👍

🏐 NEW BEACHVOLLEYBALL DIVISIONS & STRUCTURE 🏐

We are doing it twice…

> A division will still have 6 Teams

> But only 5 group stage games

> Home & Away for last round of 8 - same for the semis - and one final game

> In total 10 Matchdays - same as football, so seasons are starting and ending on the same date 🎉

Sports & Sounds x Playground Berlin

> 3.8. 11am - 10 pm

In the last few months we have launched our Sports & Sounds events. A great opportunity to take part in the football and beach volleyball tournaments in the morning and enjoy the great live bands with an after-sports drink and authentic tacos in the afternoon. Or just drop by and enjoy the vibe. Book you spot here 🏐⚽

When: 3.8. 11am - 10pm

What: Beach volleyball tournament (2 vs. 2), football tournament (5 vs. 5) and live music.

Where: Playground Berlin, directly at the S-Bahn station Johannisthal (S8/ S9/ S46/ S85)

Tournament participation: 10€ per person

Concert: Free entry

Functional Football Academy

We have new partner on our ground, what is FFA?

The Functional Football Academy's approach revolves around fundamental soccer drills such as passes, dribbles, and goal shoots, alongside functional/conditioning exercises aimed at enhancing physical fitness.

The training sessions target individuals aged 16 and above who have a good grasp of the fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, and shooting.

Our goal? Whip up a blast of a training session, craft a top-notch group thrill, and make sure there's more ball action and sweat than a summer heatwave during those training sessions! Book now! More Infos: @ffa_berlin
