That’s right…solid as a rock 🪨

That’s what attendance was like at Playground Berlin ▶️ for Startup League matches this Wednesday just gone…even with that fuⓒ𝒦ing awful rain.

Trust us Beachvolleyball teams…you didn’t miss much, so we stand by our decision to cancel and we’re sure you agree :)

But as they say “Wir sind ja nicht aus Zucker” 😀

Honestly Beachvolleyball crew…you really didn’t miss much Wednesday at Playground Berlin ▶️. Yes it would have been lovely to get back out onto the sand, but…you would have struggled no doubt.

Let’s keep those thumbs pressed and fingers crossed for a better outlook next week for Startup League matches 🤞

Bierghain filled up nicely too, which was a lovely sight. Plenty of people socialising, having a cheeky one after their matches. Some of you, even before your matches 🫠

Next week, we shall resume the much anticipated finals that we know you have all been waiting for…are you ready?

“Aye aye Capt’in” we hear you say 🫡

For the finals we have Code University Vs Moonfare. Will the digital students retain their unbeaten season status, or will the Moonfarians come out on top?

As always…only time shall tell.

For those of you who didn’t quite make the cut, matches shall obviously be scheduled for you.

Here at Startup League, we’re keen to see if the sunshine brings out more of your “fair weather players” to come and join us at Playground Berlin ▶️

🎵 Blinded by the light, Revved up like a deuce, Another runner in the night 🎵

New lights, new nets, new sand…everything is going on at Playground Berlin ▶️.

Beachvolleyball crew, the courts will be ready for your return, no doubt. More lights next to the courts, a system to reduce the amount of times the ball enters a different court. Won’t that be lovely? And we do it allllll for you 😘

The time we get to spend with you all on match day isn’t really enough to get all your feedback, so this is probably the best medium to do so.

What else should Startup League be doing? Any suggestions out there? If there are, let us know below please und danke 😀

A lot of disapproving looks from the friends, family and colleagues while Homer dances around with a lampshade on his head…what a cheeky fella 🙂

At least he’s genuine with it though…

Not like Fancy Homer. Fancy Homer pretends to be someone that he really isn’t. He only really does it as a façade to project an image of himself that he thinks people will like.
