Did Simply Red get across into Europe? Startup League really don’t know 🤷‍♂️

But (as per usual) if you click the title, you’ll have a nice, funky tune to listen to when reading this here newsletter 😀

We had a Level Day this week…which we think was quite lucky, as more than a few of you are still away on an extended holiday. More than fair, if you can do of course 😉

Turnout was still great considering this fact. Many familiar faces, smiling and willing to play…good times 👍

The rain also decided to call it a day at around 1830, which as always is perfect timing for out beloved Startup League Wednesday match day 😀

The shortest day of the year has also been and gone…so Startup League feel that is time for celebration. Closer to the wonderfully long nights of Summer 😎

TOURNAMENT START - THE NEXT 10 WEEKS 🗓️

Level day - DONE ✅

Startup League Winter ‘23 Season officially starts next week, 18th January.

Are you all ready? Startup League knows you all are…let’s have at it 💪

The tournament will consist of the following:

> DIVISIONS OF X6 TEAMS 6️⃣

> EACH TEAM WILL PLAY EACH OTHER TWICE 2️⃣

> 10 WEEKS OF STANDARD TOURNAMENT PLAY 🎮

> THE TEAM WITH THE MOST POINTS AFTER THOSE 10 WEEKS, WINS THE DIVISION 🏆

> THE LAST MATCH OF THE SEASON IS SCHEDULED FOR 22nd MARCH ‘23 👍

This does mean (as always) that attendance is key if you are to get involved with a chance of taking home one of the Startup League trophies 😀

Let’s get this season started properly and show us all what you and your team has to offer 🏁

Yes, as previously mentioned, the shortest day of the year has passed and Startup League can feel a change in the air. The city will soon wake up again ready for what that time of year brings with it…cheers to that 🍻

This does also mean, that those of you that have signed for a year with Startup League, are able to plan the Summer Company Party ‘23 that was offered to you.

What can you do to make this happen? Suggestions below:

> GET IN TOUCH WITH WHOEVER WOULD ORGANISE THESE TYPES OF THINGS WITHIN YOUR COMPANY

> ESTABLISH HOW, WHAT AND WHEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO HOLD THE EVENT

> GET IN TOUCH WITH OLLIE TO ORGANISE THE EVENT.

That’s it…job done. The rest can be sorted out through him 👍
